TAKURAMITEN -Making Near Future-

When the word "design" is used in various business scenes and daily life, images of ”things involving shapes" such as “patterns” or “craft making” often come to mind.In contrast, “shapeless designs," such as communication born between people, services and systems to facilitate them, are imbedded in our daily lives and beyond in larger society.This exhibition presents a new approach to "design" that closely sides by the local community, businesses and persons with a focus on “the next step of social design," a methodological approach to solving social and personal issues.
