A Small Step, Design Leaps - GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2024 Focused Issues -

The Japan Institute of Design Promotion will host the 113th DesignHub Exhibition at Tokyo Midtown, titled "A Small Step, Design Leaps – GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2024 Focused Issues."

The Focused Issues initiative of the GOOD DESIGN AWARD explores the future of design in society through its screening process.

This exhibition coincides with the release of the 2024 Focused Issues Report, which highlights six key proposals alongside the winning designs from this year's GOOD DESIGN AWARD. It also examines the intention behind this year’s Focused Issues theme, "A Small Step, Design Leaps."

In addition to the report content, the exhibition will feature interviews with experts, showcase initiatives by companies beyond the award-winning designs, and present other materials that could not be fully included, offering deeper insights into the ideas that underpin these proposals.
