BASIC INFORMATION

Design is in demand in many fields as means to improve society, and efforts have been made to respond to such demand in schools across Japan. What kind of design or designers our society needs? How do students face these needs? The exhibition showcases some of the answers through projects and works of ten labs in nine design schools. Discover how they identify issues, study them and make proposals through ideas and practices unique to design education.
